£99 mystery holiday... scam? 

It does actually say in the small print that it’s extra for other airports and luggage. And the money that the hotel holds is a security deposit and is really common in a lot of hotels even in the uk.

Don’t take extra bags , it’s 2 nights , just take hand luggage

Great video very informative!, I had similar experience with the extra costs but fortunately I chose to pay extra idk if it was the same for you guys but we paid like £30 extra for 4 star hotel instead of 3 and it was actually decent tbf, sorry to hear you didn't rate the trip, also just a heads up btw for the hotel problem you had, a lot of European countries have a different star rating system and standards than the UK so 4 star in Italy can easily sometimes pass as a 2 or 3 star in the UK and also depends on the room you have so like even tho yours was a 4 star wowcher probably put you in the cheapest room like they did with me and my pals but yeah long story short don't let wowcher ruin your opinions on Italy I have been many times without the use of wowcher and for future reference it's worth doing it separately from them and paying the bit extra for nicer rooms or nicer hotel if affordable 😁👍🏻

hey I know this comment is probably unessecary but when u order the voucher do u just use it at where you are going or do u have to pay extra on a different website then apply the voucher
