Hell no. Timbo is great but his production on this track makes it sound dated. Like it came out in 2002. Kanye’s minimalistic production on here gives the track space to breathe. And that tonal snare gives it a futuristic sound.
From an album tracklist ideal, they might be simpling this song down to either fit or balance out the feel of the entire album. Like it could be this track might just be for transitional purposes or honestly could just be filler. In my eyes, this song seemed to be only made for the sample so there could be a song that say "YEEZYS BACK, ALRIGHT!" (at least that's how I view it w/ Kanye being set on his verse and with how more watered down it's become...) but anyways, I low-key kinda enjoy it despite popular belief, and that's mostly cause Ty $ fucking bodied his verse and his transition into the sample is so 🔥 to me but I totally get everyone's complaints about the track. (I honestly fw the burger king bar and I don't mind being the only one 😂) What's something you would add to it to make it better? I think if Kanye timed the ending of his verse better with the sample to transition it in a similar way that Ty did would at least shown some more effort besides just the edits 😂

I changed my mind drums got boring after overplaying them speaking from experience.That bam bambam bam is more menacy villiany. Also Ye verse before Ty Dolla fits more in my opinion
So much potential in this song fix Kanye’s verse add the drums back add some pauses like the OG and this song can be perfect yet they keep making unnecessary changes instead
@@lauens I was initially thinking it should be Uncle Charlie’s hook but I’m always so impressed with Ty’s voice that I would love to hear them share the chorus and on the last one let Mr. Wilson just improvise some adlibs, this song deserves an “Oooh weee”

Man, this song is a snooze fest. The interpolation in the chorus carries. Ty's verse is alright, I guess. Kanye's verse is trying to be funny, but fails (the Burger King line did get a chuckle off me tho). The instrumental is so minimal, but uninteresting. Lazy song.
