I agree with the changing everything like personalities. It really does confuse newcomers. *Example:* I started FNAF with a gachatuber and it mislead me so much. Now I look back at it. There wasn’t even any animatronics, the family dynamic had completely changed. I can’t tell you that was nothing close to reality. That was just a story with people that had fnaf characters names.
When I first saw mha the first ships I saw were TdBkDk and BkDk and I honestly felt like the TdBkDk shippers, have some weird concepts SOMETIMES. And BkDk just seemed more accurate from the clips I saw(I didn't watch Mha at the time). I also liked the concept of enimes to lovers. Then I started watching the anime and realized that Izuku x Ochaco and Ojirou x Hagakure seemed to be the potential ships (I know you said every character has potential but that just feels right). And I agree with you when you talk about how it's always Mean Uraraka, ive also seen Mean Kiri, and I just hate it when a good character is Mean. Off topic but I don't really like having Mean all might or inko. Tho since it's an AU I'm fine with it. And then the fact that they change Izuku and Bakugo SOOOO MUCH, it's just not correct. Watching the anime I realized thst tho they have potential, Ochaco just felt the most Canon. Overall I would say when it comes to the Fandom, I'm a multishipper.
I love how respectful you are in this. I also ship TDBK and I don’t like BKDK that much, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to force my ships on people or hate on them for theirs. You can have a LOT of fun with characters and shipping, but my friends who got me INTO MHA left because of how toxic shippers can be. I also totally agree on the lost interest part; just because you shipped something doesn’t mean you have to forever. When I was a newer fan, I shipped Tododeku and Kiribaku, but that doesn’t meant it not allowed to prefer TDBK content now. I still am ok with those ships, but preferences can always change. I love that you spoke about this topic respectfully and logically. I love your videos and can’t wait to see more, especially from such an amazing content creator. A few years ago I stumbled up on MHA videos and you are so right, I used to think that MHA was a romantic series and bkdk was the ship and everyone who is actually nice or sweet like Uraraka or Kirishima were always the bad people!? Last year I finally decided to actually watch the series and I’m so glad I did and now the way I think of the show is very different. The ship bakugo and deku as a romantic couple doesn’t really fit for me, now I see them more as friends like close best friends. I can’t believe that I thought so wrong of the tv series then how it actually is.

Pre season 6 Bakudeku was never a Ship It was Validation of Domestic abuse. Post Season 6 I find the ship more tolerable because Bakugo isn't NEARLY as toxic or Malicious towards Izuku But that's Besides the point The amount of People who ship Bakudeku was Always Insane And Those people were also the ones that would make Toxic might Stories which sickened me more because they were taking the Sweetest, Kindest, and most Selfless Character and going out of their way to make him toxic Meanwhile they were painting the most Toxic, Arrogant, and Asinine main Character and painting him as something he wasn't to Izuku Yes he's better now but thats the point, he needed MAJOR character growth and needed the time to organically change, Especially Considering the Suicide baiting in EPISODE 1, or the time He tried to KILL Izuku in a Training session.
I feel bad for you having to deal with toxic BkDk shippers/haters. Honestly, I was in your shoes before, being a shipper of BkDk can uh.. be a bit tiring considering the reputation it got. So, to try and cheer you up, I'll make a long ass essay telling you why I absolute love your vids! The MHA/FNAF more specifically; First of all, although your designs aren't my taste much. I absolutely adore on the little details you put in each video and also the background decorations? *chef kiss* I really like how subtle you make the details. Also, the expressions you make in each character is amazing! Not to mention, you went out of your way to incorporate background sounds. Once again, your efforts have not been ignored! Also the writing in that series, IS FUCKING IMMACULATE! Micheal and Bakugou bonding over the guilt of an older brother who scarred their lil brother. (Can't say I don't relate, as an oldest sibling with anger issues .) Also the parallel of Chris and Izuku as well, I love how you explored their dynamics based on their own histories. I am 100% percent biased of this since I'm a TdBk enthusiast (platonically AND romantically) and my fav trope is Shouto being clingy to compensate for the trauma he endures and being jealous bcs he never really got to want something or keep something for the sake of it being his alone. Yk, everything he has is always is bcs someone else, never bcs of himself. So that's why he acts like that and Katsuki being overly mature bcs he thinks he NEEDS to be that way to be number one, wrong mindset and I'm glad Micheal covers that for him bcs he, himself never really had the chance to enjoy that youth and he wants Katsuki to not take it for granted. So Katsuki being a teen and act like a teen in love with Shouto gives me fucking heartaches (positive) Also, your react videos, are so funny. Like I adore how everytime; Natsuo when he sees Bakugou; Ah yeah! Shouto's boyfriend! (I'm just gonna assume in every universe, Shouto and Katsuki has at least a bit of romantic tension or in a relationship.) i just recently rejoined the fandom and left because of how toxic it was(and kinda still is), personally i’m a huge multishipper and ship so many things (that are LEGAL). in my opinion as long as a ship is legal no one should waste their time trying to change others opinions. also the toxic bakudeku shippers need to stop trying to change opinions as well it’s getting ridiculous at this point

Ugh, the whole ship war thing has ALWAYS annoyed me. I just wish people would cut it out. I'm a multishipper too (shipping Izuocha and BkDk as mains) but I'm gonna be honest the Izuocha community has gotten significantly more toxic and the Bkdk one has gotten less. In 2020 Bkdk was honestly a pretty toxic ship, and so was the community, but the people have either gotten better or moved on (moved to jjk tbh). They still exist but not as much. Whereas, a sizeable portion of Izuocha shippers (not saying all, I am generalizing here) are homophobic and refuse to hear anyone else out just because their ship is "canon" (none of them are) and straight. Most of them hate on Bkdk, as probably its the most popular homosexual ship in MHA (other than erasermic and stuff like that) and I can understand where they come from when they say it was toxic, but the series has continued past season 2. I keep seeing people say "they hate each other" and "they're rivals" when that's just not true past like season 4. I just love the dynamic of both Izuocha and Bkdk but I never feel free enough to express that and it's incredibly annoying. Can't we just ship what we want and leave each other alone? (As long as it's legal ofc) You don't have to like the ship but respect the person. THIS is why the MHA fandom is toxic.
The reason why I don’t ship that is because Bakugo does not want to date anyone and Bakugo could give two s**ts about Izuku when it comes to romance, and I don’t think he would care about romance for anyone canon wise but yk!

Reason 2 is the main reason why I stopped shipping bakudeku/dekubaku. Before I never really saw what was wrong with it and the fandom, but a few years ago, or maybe even more, I just stopped liking it because it was so hard to find any good content. Everything that I found was overly sexual (which bothered me the most because they are MINORS and HIGH SCHOOLERS.) or stereotypical/basic.

And first time i watched mha i was 11 years old and i shipped bkdk bc of my freind... But i really didn't ship it bc i like it in that time... Lets say i was a little forced bc my freind ship it and i wanted to be just like her and bc she just complain about my ships So i shipped every ship she shipped And i was so annoyed but i accepted that And after that i started to ship izuocha and bakucame(i think bakucame is illegal now) and she started to make funny of my ships and after the accident i shipped Todobakudeku(i was about 13 years old) And in age of 14 i shipped izuocha and bakusingle(bc i think he is not interested in love) And now im 15 years old and i ship izuocha and bakusingle+todobaku (Bc when i watched your channel i really like it so i think im kinda of ship that👀) And during this years i faced so much toxic shippers mainly the bkdk and izuocha shippers thees two toxic shipers are toxicing well💀 But I don't have a proplem with any ship bc like i said im a Multishipper🎀☝🏻 And thanks for reading this long im really happy bc you wanted to read my opinion 😄 Or maybe you are just curious🥲 But thank you in both ways❤️🩹 Bye.!💫

I dont ship bkdk anymore because when i found out what people did to them i kinda stoped doing, after that i started to do canon ships for mha. The ship makes no sense to me ngl, and S3xulizied them is not okay bakugou and deku are both minors which its so not cool to do. ( I dont want to write a whole paragraph ) the ship is literally bully x victim it just doesn't make sense.
I dislike BKDK a lot, because first I don't like Izuku for a few reasons other wise he's nice but second is that I don't think they'll fit to be lovers. like I know Izuku obsesses over Katsuki, but he admires him and I don't think you'd like to be shipped with a person you only admire and wanna be great friends with them again. Also, the way Katsuki acts with Izuku is his rival-friendship way of communication, but Katsuki doesn't give a hint of romance towards him. I ship TDBK, but I know they don't communicate a lot in the series as much as BKDK communicate but I never said you shouldn't ship BKDK, this is only my opinion ^^
I think horikoshi is a pervert because of the female character designs and mineta's development cuz i think mineta could've been a little funny guy. 1:46 i said this bc you mentioned horikoshi, this is just my opinion, cuz if you realize, These are all mostly a bunch of 16 year olds. In which, also some ships go terrible, like any teacher x student, in one of the ships i personally dislike are: bkdk, eraserhead and mtmidnight, and some of the ships i personally respect are TdBk, Aizawa x Ms. Joke, and Present Mic and Midnight, the ships i find disgusting are abusive tdbkdk, any toxic ship and eri x anyone expect Kota. I honestly have No hatred against TdBk, to justify bc it's alot in this channel, I honestly ship BkTd as close friends, and to say, i love this channel so much >:) ❤

Honestly i do ship bkdk well dkbk little more but i really like Bakugo as a character so I ship him with deku and Todo :D But honestly I am not in this fandom with mha that long and I was able to find a lot of bkdk or dkbk already so… honestly when I tried searching for todobaku it wasn’t as successful so I am happy at least someone does it. So personally I don’t like bakugou at all and don’t really think deku is a great character but I still ship them but just a little and totally respect your opinion on BkDk some people are very toxic and some are very kind but I mostly stay away from most of the fandom and just read the manga and watch videos that I can agree with and usually don’t comment on stuff I don’t like (sorry I was just yapping)
ive never liked the bkdk ship, because despite bakugos character growth, it would still be so so so SO toxic, just because of their dynamic in the past. i dont feel like delving deeper into that, so i also wanna say, another reason i hate bkdk shippers in general, is because they almost ALWAYS make uraraka the bad guy, like GIVE THE POOR GIRL A DAMN BREAK SHES TRYING HER BEST OVER HERE 😭🙏
At this point i don't ship anyone, only cannon or hinted CUTE and HEALTHY ships in my favorite fandoms, and i don't usually comment or read comments at all so its easier for me since i just ignore if needed. Ships like; KiriMina (mha) and ObaMitsu (kny/ds), and others like that. I am not so happy with TodoBaku BUT i love your videos and i just prefer to ignore what i don't like and continue to watch the rest of the video in peace, i mean i can just skip a few seconds and thats it 🙂 If i don't like the video i Just click off and thats it, very easy seriously, i don't get those haters that make a big deal out of something they don't like.
