The reason she is getting what she's getting is because he was compassionate, remember he had an ironclad contract. Marc generates a huge amounts of income from his career and businesses for himself. She is nothing more than collateral damage, a charity case, something he itemize and take a deduction during tax season.

I don't care how rich Marc is but if he wants to give Shannon 2 Miami apartments worth over $2 million dollars and $360,000 dollars over 3 years for a marriage that lasted less than 2 years he is welcome to do so. It does seem such a waste, why get married in the first place?. Marc has now been married and divorced 3 times, nothing to be proud of. After Marc rubbed Shannon's nose in it with joining Jennifer to record one of her albums, i am glad that Shannon gave Marc a taste of his own medicine by her showing up at his concert with her ex Manuel De Sosa, ouch!

Anything that has to do with Marc Anthony, generates huge media press coverage, for the relatively unknown actor that huge amount of exposure is priceless. Outside of Venezuela, Sosa, is unknown. Shameful for Shannon, she was force to go back to Sosa, the man that got her pregnant and did not want to marry her. Soon after he got involved with a Venezuelan actress Mírela Mendoza and had another illegitimate child with her too. The dire circumstances being what they are in Venezuela, they joined together for monetary purposes only. She was using Sosa, as a bargaining chip to extort an advantageous settlement from Mr. Anthony. You should not bragged about her settlement she got very little which was my point originally. After taxes and paying for the maintenances of her condo, child, and herself, she will not be able to keep the same standard of living she had with Mr. Anthony. It was less expensive for Mr. Anthony to divorce her than stayed married to her. She became a liability.

Where she lives there are thousands of apartments and i am not that stupid to give out her apartment number on RU-vid.
