Frankel looks fantastic and has such a great temperament. Loved this. That footballer was emotional just touching the great horse.

You should read the book about Frankel, he was quite abit of a handful when he was in training, he could kick and nip you. They moved him to another stable and Frankel kicked the s**t out of the door, sulked and didn't eat much.... They moved him back to his former stall. 😂 He was definitely a character.

There is no "greatest horse of all time". This is purely just opinion. Ribot won the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes and the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe twice by huge margins. He won from 5 to 15 furlongs. He was undefeated from 16 starts. Everyone thinks that the champion of their generation is the best.

@MrMysticmelody Frankel was without doubt better than Ribot, although I am a big Ribot fan. I think perhaps the most influential horse of all time was Phalaris, who was the Great-Great Grandsire on Ribot's dams side. Any horse that has amounted to anything has Phalaris in its bloodline. Including tail-male descendants like Frankel and Secretariat.
