It’s the royal anthem. Norways national anthem is different but for the king Norway uses “Kings Song” which was translated from the British National anthem and used for the inauguration of Haakon VII in 1905 when he became the first King of Norway.
The British anthem isn't actually theirs. It originated in France as a folk song, basically. Nobody really knows how. Since then there have been plenty of versions made for several other countries and used as their national and or royal anthems including but not limited to: German Empire, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and Greece.
