2017 was a really meaningful year for me. It was the time I was in my darkest place and was contemplating suicide. And later that spring, shit started to seem to bad. So I was feeling a little more hopeful. A lot has changed since, last year felt incredibly hopeless. I’m not sure where we’ll go from here but let’s all practice remaining in the present moment cause that’s where real hope lies.
I have just read your message whilst the music unfolds and caresses my ears. I have been in many dark places during my life due to episode's with Alcohol. I removed it completely from my life and have discovered the person I knew was there.A kind person with much too offer. I'm still learning and will never stop because complacency and ignorance breeds negativeness.
