It is a song about Buratino, the Russian equivalent of Pinocchio (with some differences in the story). The main character is easily recognized (long nose). The girl with blue hair is Malvina - another major character from the Russian story (which is a translation from Italian by Alexei Tolstoy - not to be confused with Leo - but the translation that in so many ways differs from the original that it is almost a different story). Around them are dancers representing other characters. The song is about how clever, kind, brave, etc. he is. The chorus is different variations of questions such as "Who is known everywhere in the world? Who is welcome everywhere he goes? Who is really alive and not at all a toy? Tell me, what is his name?" with children's voices answering "BU-RA-TI-NO!".
