Every aspect is purely sensual and exclusively between two males. Which explains why 9 times out of 10, these videos take place in Russia, a country that is hostile towards homosexuality. When you live in a society where your true sexuality is repressed and freely exploring your sexuality is highly stigmatized, you will find whatever “socially acceptable” way possible to get around that stigma and hostility.
