знаете я сейчас смотрю только видео про Вьетнам еду в фантьет в ваш отель в марте

We found this resort because of the ratings. This resort is definitely NOT a 4 star resort. I would rate it 1 STAR. We called in advance to ensure our 4 am arrival was going to be accommodated. They assured us that they would let us check-in early. However, upon arrival with 2 young kids, the receptionist did not let us check-in. She rudely told us to sleep on the beach for 8 hours and did not even care to show us where, just pointed her finger. The rooms were already clean and ready but they still made us wait until the check-in time. We made reservations for two rooms, 3 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were not modern and sheets were not changed for the three days that we stayed. The beach was dirty and I was afraid of getting sick due to filth in both land and water. You can see the black residue after soaking your feet in the water. During our stay, we use the pool everyday. Definitely not a happy customer when one of my cousin was removed from the pool because she had the swimming trunk bottoms but wore a T-shirt instead of a bikini top. If the beach was clean we would be in the ocean instead.The pool guy said it's policy, however, I just walked by and saw a lady dressed in shorts and t-shirts swimming. What a bunch of bull crap. Cons: Wifi is weak Lots of mosquitoes Service was horrible especially not helpful Does not provide shuttle Receptionist was rude No hospitality whatsoever. Pros: Yogurt from breakfast buffet. Would not recommend. Avoid at alI costs and be wary of the good reviews. Do yourselves a favor and find a better option. I have stayed at a 2 star hotel with better service at a quarter of the price.
