One of the best videos I found about doing this in ClickUp. I would suggest doing another video doing a step by step process instead of discussing the whole thing. Cheers from Brazil :)

Just getting caught up on comments🙈 I share my opinion of Goals at the intro of this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0PBUitCgM_c.html Goals are high-level objectives that are made up of smaller, measurable Targets. Goals are found in the sidebar from one location "Goals" tab. Inside this tab, you can create Goals and Goal Folders. These are not accessible from anywhere else in ClickUp. They're tucked away from everything else in the ClickUp hierarchy. For this reason, Layla gravitates to using a task-based method for habit tracking.

At 24:06 it being said that a subtask is always going to be a story for you and sub-sub-task is alway going to be a task......................I didn't understand this. like how? I have never see this that way ever. I would appreciate if you could explain pls what you were intending to say.

Low quality speaker. Leyla was very clear. The guest needs a better mike, and is hard to understand with his head movements and accent. He drops his voice also making him even harder to understand. The screen is too low resolution to follow the examples on screen. Why do it if you cannot see it? The philosophy is only suitable to a programmer. Not useful for more general agile management method. It is too specific to the guests approach to agile. Even Leyla had trouble following him often. I usually like Leyla's videos. Very informative, with minimal BS. This one is not up to standards. I look for other Agile Method videos. Disappointed.
