Oh my god I’m crying 😭😭😭. Mercédès showed so much emotion in her acting and singing. I love Mondego in this too, you can sort of tell he’s faking it here but it’s just convincing enough to make you fall for it like Mercédès. The only thing I didn’t like was the added in ensemble at the beginning. At the end it works perfectly but during Edmond’s part they sound out of place to me.
i agree! especially the part when he tells her about Edmond’s death and she subconsciously places a hand on her stomach, already hinting at the fact that she’s already pregnant with Albert 😭😩 that broke my heart 💔
