I’ve been using rain & storm videos to sleep to for 7 years, but I’ve only just discovered this one! Lovely sounds to sleep to, I love the view too. I’m grateful & blessed to have a warm, dry, comfy and safe bed whilst snuggling up with my beloved dog. It must be unbearable though to be homeless, displaced, a refugee in weather like this without adequate shelter. I’m in Lancashire UK 🕊️

Some people may find this strange but I feel comfortable with this, the sea, the grass, the wind, the stormy sky and weather, I really like the sound and the scenery. It reminds me of my childhood when I was on holiday near the sea, good times. It really gives me a good feeling, especially the sound of the wind and rain.

This is very nice. I’ve recently started climbing to the top of my local biggest shopping centre in Bournemouth, England. “Castlepoint” there is a back passage and I climb up the ladder, sit on the roof under the jagged Sainsbury’s sign and roof cover, dangle my legs over the edge and have a few ciders or beers. I let the wind hit me and the rain splash against my face cooling me down, as I’m next to a heater, so I’m just the right temperature. I think about people I’ve lost, gained and loved and think about life and the universe for 3 hours. I just let my mind open and I take in the noise of the night and the wind. Peaceful and haunting. I sit there alone until I feel tired and walk home to sleep, and put this on, have a glass of water, some fruit and I lay down imagining I’m still in that place, alone. I do this every few weeks when I’m stressed and it’s amazing. This sends me off to sleep and is almost identical to the noise on the roof. Thankyou for this, it really helps me out:)

If i had speakers i would play this while i slept. But instead every time i wake up and bake up, i like to pack cones and get high while calmly listening to rain and thunder videos like these, i got 6 hours through one, just 20-30mins per session smoking the bong and calmly enjoying the relaxing sounds of the rain, helps that i have air con too, rooms cool so it can almost be real.

I adore this video. I love to put it on when I have a spare half hour or so in the middle of an afternoon - doesn't matter what the weather, I blindfold my eyes so it's dark and listen. it makes the hairs on my arms and legs stand and i shiver in blissful joy. it helps me fantasize about being cocooned safely with a crazy, wild storm outside. it brings back faces of loved ones into my mind's eye. it's absolutely gorgeous. thank you from Didsbury, Manchester.

I’m still in UK. Summer bedding/duvet laundered & packed away. This weekend it’s now back to cosy autumn/winter bedding & duvet. Even though the weather is still relatively mild here, it’s fabulous to snuggle down to sleep with this playing all night. Roll on winter. 🥶 💨❄️🌨️💨🍃🌧️💨💧💦

This reminds of my home in Cape Breton Island. Long walks along the bank. The only thing missing is the smell of the salt sea air. Great Job.

I really like this one, I am picky and gave gone through 100s of wind and rain videos. This sounds real. Reminds me of sleeping in the cabin down on the dunes on rainy days we then we couldn't go back home because of lightning. We would take row boats to dunes it was just across the water from our grandparents house. So the smells of shellfish cooking throught the whole cabin and the steam making it so warm in there, my sister and I cuddled on the top bunk reading books. This was the 80s no hand held devices to watch movies lol.
