PIES with apricots!
VERY DELICIOUS pies with a filling that does not flow!
In this video, there is a recipe for universal yeast dough, buttery and fragrant. Today I wanted to make pies with apricots, but of course it can be any fruit or berry.
And today I used the new for me "Saf-Instant Gold" yeast and it turned out to be of very high quality, I didn't even expect that it would work so well and my pies would be ready in two hours, so of course I advise you to try these yeast, and then write your opinion in the comments :-) I will wait for your feedback!

Ingredients:
eggs - 2 pcs (1 yolk separately)
sugar - 100 g
yeast - 5 g ("Saf-Instant Golden")
milk - 170 ml (cold)
wheat flour - 500 g
butter - 100 g
salt - 8 g
apricot
sugar 100 g + 1 tsp starch
bake for 25-27 minutes at 180°C mode
top/bottom
