It is garlic cheese potatoes with a really good flavor of garlic and cheese. It is not fried in oil, so you can enjoy it more healthily.
Ingredient:
1. Potatoes
2. Parmesan Cheese
3. Minced garlic
4. Bread crumbs
5. Oregano
6. Olive Oil
7. Corn Starch or Potato Starch
8. Red pepper powder

I tried this recipe today and it was soooo good. It tasted exactly like potato wedges. I should have added more than 1tsp of minced garlic because I didn’t get much of garlic flavor. Overall I love the recipe ❤😊

@@sprithshrivastava3346 I haven't tried it or anything, but one option could be to make the sauce garlic-y instead of the potatoes themselves. Works for most sauces you could do as well, just add a ton of garlic or garlic powder to it maybe?

У меня никогда не получаеося запечёная картошка, какие бы рецепты я не смотрела! У вас всегда очень красиво, а у меня получаются сморщенные сухари из картошки сырые внуири со стёкшим на противень сгоревшим сыром.
