Катюша (Katyusha): a Russian Folk Song ""Katûša" "Katusha" "Katjuscha" "Katiusha" and "Katjusha". It was composed by Matvey Blanter in 1938 and gained much of its popularity in the war that followed shortly after the songs creation. During the war that must not be named on youtube, female russian students would sing it to the soldiers going off to war.
