я с ним встречалась на турбазе, он наверное не помнит , а для меня это шок на всю жизнь

От юности до зрелости один миг ! В 70 годах была на концертах Мюзик хола в Ленинграде ,и сейчас прслушала все творчество последних лет ! Как быстро пронеслась жизнь ! Трудно поверить , что Сергей Георгиевич остался только в нашей памяти ! Светлая память и благодарность за талант ,радость ,удовольствие от прекрасного исполнения !!!

Голос и человек уникальный! Только такими голосами гордится страна пока они есть! Браво!

Замечательно, великолепно! Жаль, что очень долгое время этого удивительного певца не было слышно у нас.

SERGEY ZAKHAROV PASSED AWAY 14.02.2019 RIP Sergey Zakharov had a unique, velveteen baritone voice, capable of combining a purely vocal, operatic style with a lighter one, for a variety show. He occupied a special place in the musical life of the country: a singer with a unique and rare baritone voice of exquisite nuances, an artist to whom a whole range and variety of musical forms comes easily; from simple songs and romances to operatic arias. “Every piece of music in Zakharov’s repertoire is a mini-spectacle, played out with love and respect for his audience; he has so much to give. He is sensitive to the composer’s way of thinking and always strives to convey this to his listeners.” Sergey Zakharov did not succumb to the fickle fancies of the latest vogue, but instead preferred a measure of moderation. There was an atmosphere of elevated spirit at his concerts and when on stage he seemed to evade the accepted stereotypes of what a variety performer is about. His programme included favourite hits from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, romances, popular arias from operas and operettas and songs commemorating Muslim Magomayev. Several generations of women have lost their hearts to him, having watched on countless occasions the film Nebesnye Lastochki (“Swallows from Heaven”) in which he plays the handsome hussar, and listening, with bated breath, to Mister Iks (“Mister X”) or Yabloni v tsvetu (“Apple trees in blossom”). To his last day you could find a young girl sneaking backstage to catch an adoring glimpse of his vivacious, attentive eyes and to ask for his autograph. This really was a man of varied gifts; he became a truly nationally acclaimed artist a long time ago. Zakharov had found his own inimitable, confiding intonation, his feelings were genuine and his magnificent, powerful, deep baritone helped to create out of each song he performed a genuine revelation of vocal monologue. He always played to a full house and amidst a sea of flowers. And his love for his listeners was reciprocated. Zakharov was always open, he conducted his concerts himself, communicating directly with the audience. One of the most well-loved artists, he remained faithful to himself and to his listeners. He has given performances in 41 countries around the world, including Great Britain, USA, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Latin America and Austria; he has performed on several occasions at the Rossia State Concert Hall, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, the State Variety Theatre, and at Oktyabrsky Great Concert Hall. Zakharov was prize winner at the Zolotoy Orfey (“Golden Orpheus”) International Contest in Bulgaria and at the Sopot 74 in Poland. He held top awards from international contests in Dresden and Zelenaya Gura, and Bratislava Lyre and Golden Nightingale in Buenos Aires. He had for many years been soloist at the State Variety Orchestra under the directorship of Leonid Utesov, and also soloist at the Leningrad Music Hall. In 1988 Zakharov received a special award as a highly acclaimed artist of Russia, and in 1996 as a People’s Artist of Russia (the most prestigious title awarded in Russia). Any concert by Sergey Zakharov was a special event; a celebration that couldn’t be missed!

Русские зрители, многие из которых хорошо знали певца, побывали на концерте с большим удовольствием, но англичане, впервые слышавшие его, пришли в полный восторг и восхищение, несмотря на их избалованность огромным выбором лучших мировых исполнителей, постоянно дающих концерты в Лондоне. Переводим: Посмотрел\а концерт в Ютьюб несколько раз. Теперь постоянно напеваю эти песни. Я бы хотел\а их выучить. Этот артист-чудесный и дает отлично вдохновляет!

С детских лет слушала Сергея Захарова. Завораживающий голос и притягательная внешность... Прошли пять десятков лет, а мой герой Сергей Захаров - вне времени. Слушаю и не хочу оторваться от "гения чистой красоты" во всех отношениях! Да покоится с миром наш орфей в Божественном Царстве любви!!!

Нет! Все таки С. Захарову до того как пел эту арию Г. Отс, очень далеко: бездушно поет, отчужденно. Хотя его сложной житейской судьбе не позавидуешь.
