dry yeast: instant/regular/fresh - 6 g/5 g/15 g = 1.5 tsp/1 tsp/3 tsp
sugar - 15 g = 3 tsp (more for sweet baking)
warm water - 300 ml = 1.5 cups*
salt - 7 g = 1 tsp without a heap
vegetable oil - 30 ml = 2 tbsp
flour - 500 g = 4 cups*
potato starch - 15 g = 1 tbsp
baking soda - 1 generous pinch
✅ Filling for pies:
potatoes - 400 g = 3-4 pcs.
fresh or sauerkraut - 350 g = ¼ head
carrot - 80 g = 1 pc.
onion - 150 g = 1 pc.
salt, pepper - to taste
vegetable oil - 30 ml = 2 tbsp
✅ Additionally:
vegetable oil for greasing the dough
❗ OUTPUT: 12-16 pies
