Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, the worlds of Peter Parker and Spider-Man collide in an original action-packed story. Play as an experienced Peter Parker, fighting big crime and iconic villains in Marvel’s New York. At the same time, Peter’s struggling to balance his chaotic personal life and career while the fate of Marvel’s New York rests upon his shoulders.
PC Features include Optimized Graphics, where you'll enjoy a variety of graphics quality options to tailor to a wide range of devices, unlocked framerates, and support for other technologies including performance boosting NVIDIA DLSS and image quality enhancing NVIDIA DLAA.
As well as Ray-traced reflections and improved shadows. See the city come to life with improved shadows and stunning ray-traced reflection options with a variety of quality modes to choose from.
There is also Ultra-wide Monitor support. Take in the cinematic sights of Marvel’s New York with support for a range of screen setups, including 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 resolutions.

It would be cool if you could have it even when using bluetooth. Maybe only for Bluetooth 5.0, but still!

@@Lead_Foot Only reason you would is if you're more comfortable using motion controls than KBM. Some people do prefer that, but then you likely lose dual sense support as you usually have to turn off Steam controller overlay to use it.

Apparently Sony is working with microsoft to make their controller drivers have "native" functionality similar to how xbox controllers do. So within the next year or so, windows 11 should have better PS5 controller support, meaning games might be more likely to implement Dual Sense.

Is that 32:9 support? Mad respect considering only a fraction of people have a display like that and only a few games support that. And wait, is this the first game to actually have DLAA? I know Nvidia mentioned it along side DLSS back before Turing came out, but we never actually got it.

“Spider-Man Remastered” is the name of the game. This is a port of that game not another remaster…

@@nickthemage2052 I thought this is going to be more remastered for pc with better ray tracing and textures enhancements to what the ps5 vision already is from the game. meaning better looking overall making use of the pc capabilities that the ps5 cant do like making use of the new tec inside the pc like the CPU and top end graphics cards like the 3000's give it the overall game a better edge according to the reviews in a big way.

@@bioshock6935 yes but unlocked settings isnt a remaster it just means you can move the sliders from “medium” (where they’re locked on consoles) to “ultra” and adjust the screen size to fit ultra-wides. That really doesnt count as a remaster in my book

@@nickthemage2052 so what about the ray tracing and higher textures features for the 3080 they can push the visuals higher and getting better ray tracing better to what console can do even if the game was locked surly an effort has been done for the top end pc cards other than saying inlock frame rate. There much more inside these graphics card that what a console can do other than frame rate

@@bioshock6935 the current gen consoles have raytracing. A better card means the game runs better it doesnt magically change the actual settings baked into the game by the developers. This is a port. The same way Horizon Zero Dawn and God of War were before it. The 30 series cards arent magic. I have a 3080ti. Im going to be able to run the game on ultra but tweaking settings isnt a remaster. Its just unlocked settings on a port. Its not hard.

It's 4K now. They probably didn't let the video buffer on RU-vid's servers. Most channels don't know the secret of uploading a video 5 hours early and set a release time.

It looks great, but I don’t know if I’ll buy it. I enjoyed it on PS4 but for me I’ll have no real reason to replay it, I have 100% on PS4, and my PC wouldn’t be powerful enough to run it with all of its graphical fidelity.

Only thing I don't know yet. Do we have PS5 or PS4 style loading screens? There are some PCs out there with ridiculous SSDs in them, but there are also PCs with 10 year old hard drives as well. Is it optionable or is it just PS4 loading screens?

I dont think we have DirectStorage available yet. It will probably be faster than PS4, but nothing near PS5.

@@gidedin direct storage is available now. Microsoft said it is fully available with Windows 11 now and Windows 10 supports it with then claiming it's "not as good" but they have never shown proof of that. But we do know Forespoken is the first game announced to openly support it. It was supposed to come out in November but then God of War was announced that month so it was delayed. But the feature is ready now.

the remastered version on ps5 allow you to choose to watch the loading screen. you can toggle it on and off.

This is a great news but I'm afraid of something, they must make the game playable with keyboard and mouse for the people who don't like to use joystic for pc games, not like they did with ninja gaiden if you don't have joystic it's impossible to play the game
