It's a shame about the beautiful natural grass with flowers and herbs that has grown over decades. I wish I had a meadow like this. Now it will probably be replaced by boring premium grass seeds, which will then look like an English park and will not suit to that old and beautiful surrounding. But I understand that the property needs to be properly leveled.
