The natural ethnographic complex ‘Zhivun’ is located in the village of Khanty-Muzhi of Shuryshkarskiy district. In the park visitors can get acquainted with the traditional way of life and architecture of the northern Khanty through nine permanent exhibitions.
The park holds ceremonial holidays of the northern Khanty people, such as ‘Vorna Khatl’ and ‘Loung Kutop Khatl’. The complex is open to the public all year round - in summer one can reach there by river transport, and in winter - by car along the winter road. To visit the complex one must first contact the local history museum complex.
