n this video, I will show you one of the most terrifying and amazing places in Thailand - the Temple of Heaven and Hell, or Wat Tham Ta Pan. This temple is located in Phang Nga Province, near Phuket, and is a place of worship and meditation for Buddhists. But don't think that this is a typical temple with golden statues and colorful decorations. This temple is a real horror attraction that shows you what awaits you after death if you don't follow the Buddhist commandments.
To enter the temple, you need to go through the huge mouth of a dragon, which symbolizes the entrance to hell. Inside the dragon, you will find yourself in a dark and damp tunnel, where you will see various sculptures of demons, martyrs and sinners. Here you will see the most cruel and disgusting scenes of torture and punishment for different types of sins, such as murder, theft, lying, alcoholism and adultery. Some of the sculptures are very realistic and bloody, so if you are faint-hearted or with children, it is better not to go here.
If you reach the end of the tunnel, you will enter a cave that symbolizes heaven. Here you will find peace and tranquility, as well as Buddhist shrines and places for meditation. In the cave, you can also admire the beauty of nature, such as stalactites and stalagmites. In this place, you can feel spirituality and harmony.
Outside the cave there is a park of sin, where there are also different sculptures related to Buddhist beliefs about life after death. Here you can see the wheel of rebirth, the river of oblivion, the bridge over the abyss and other elements. Here there is also a beautiful garden with various statues of animals, gods and goddesses. From the observation deck, you can enjoy the view of the jungle and river that surround the temple.
