Обобщим: Other - другие Another - другой/ая/ое The other - другие/ой/ая/ое , используется для того, чтобы сказать о второй вещи или об определённой штучке)

Второе предложение неправильное. Мы же не знаем о каких конкретных пользователях идёт речь, the other можно говорить, когда мы знаем о чём идёт речь. The other members of the club (Остальные/другие участники клуба, мы знаем кто конкретно).

вот Вам небольшой лайфхак который мне помог ориентироваться в теме... another это ни что иное как Other (другие) но только с артиклем единственного числа An - так оно и превращается в ANother(другой) Do you have another video? Кстати, another (по сути своей) состоит из артикля "an" и прилагательного "other" и, таким образом, как бы говорит нам, - единственный, другой :)
