@Pixeus Concept i think yellow brings out a nice contrast with exclusive games mario and zelda. Grey is too dark. If that one had made of a material similar to psp, for example, it would be elegant and it would be better than another ones.

For those who already have a pc/ps/xbox and they just want to play the nintendo exclusives, this thing is worth it. But if you reaaaally want the motion control-based games (or if you have actual money), buy the normal switch (or buy joycons for the lite but trust me, it's not worth it)

"The actual money" 300 dollars is not a lot, but still the switch lite gives you more of a portable experience. Me personally I prefer the regular switch.

A lot of folks question the "Switch" name for the Switch Lite since it isn't actually "switching," like its predecessor, but this is the ideal type of console for me! I really only use my TV for movies and shows, not for gaming. With the exception of Forza, which I love a big screen for, I prefer the convenience of sitting in my favorite chair or lying down in bed and just playing some games! I'll definitely be picking up a Switch Lite!

Gauths88 :) also you might not need to get ur wife a switch because one normal one is enough for the whole family but ur child might need a switch lite (you can get one switch and share the joy cons and play with you and ur wife and you can use ur switch lite for local play like it’s another controller)

I think the lite is better than the normal switch because it gives me the feel of a 3ds (a hand held). I’m a Pokemon fan so I don’t really need the tv mode and the lite is more comfortable to use in hand held. The smaller screen doesn’t bother me because my 3ds xl was smaller that the lite and I still loved that thing to pieces, literary it broke and I was sad.

@@boiledtato well its just my opinion but the saotch can get up to 1080p and it can be docked or handheld mode. It has more battery life and if the switch joycon has a drift I don't have to spend 200 dollars I can just spend 70. And the Nintendo switch has a stand

The Nintendo Switch Lite is a pretty cool console. I know that it doesn't have attachable Joy-cons, but I kind of like it since I have the console.

For anyone that thinks the switch lite is bad: the switch lite was mainly designed to be a portable handheld console, of course its cheaper and it has the same specs, storage, and graphics as the normal switch, the thing is that the display is only a inch smaller. And the drift can be easily fixed with rubbing alcohol and compressed air.
