Баклажан - 1-2 шт.
Кукурузный крахмал - 3 ст.л.
Помидоры
Пучок кинзы
Творожный сыр
Соус сладкий чили
Растительное масло
1. Баклажан чистим и нарезаем кубиками, обваливаем в крахмале и оставляем на 10 мин.
2. В сотейник наливаем большое количество масла и обжариваем баклажаны до золотистого цвета. После посыпаем солью.
3. Помидоры, кинзу крупно нарезаем, выкладываем в тарелочку.
4. Сверху добавляем баклажаны, творожный сыр, соус сладкий чили.
Любимый салатик! А очень простой в приготовлении

Vegetable oil
