You make great burner with your hand, from scrap which can we find in any garage...and becouse of that you have a big respect from me. Babington burner can burn anything. Maybe you can heat oil in the tank with a smallest amount of oil, and then you dont need that flow heater...leave circulation of oil all the time....but choose is on you. Great job man, I know what time and work is needed to make one. Next is start/ stop automatic... take care yourself 👍✌️
Thank you very much for your comment! I don't think that device will work properly without the flow heater. Oil in the tank must be as cooler as it possible to provide long life of the fuel pump. Also sometimes you need to add very cold oil to the tank and it will require some time to heat it to work temperature. During this time babington will work badly or will not work at all. With heater it works uninterruptedly and don't depend on oil temperature. Ps. Electrical heater used only in starting time, then oil heated from the flame of burner. Pps. Sorry for my English)
My English is also bad, but we understand each other... Now I understand why you using flow heater. I was using old car oil pump and I dont have problem with working temperature (90 celsius).....I also have brass tube coils for heating oil, like yours, but after hours of working oil is boiling because small amount in that pipe and hight temp. of burner, and that block the pipe..maybe this is not problem in your case....anyway best wishes from Bosnia and Herzegowina. 👍
Сверла 0,1 и 0,2 есть в продаже на алиэкспрессе. Я нашел 0,2 на авито в моем городе. Шар точил вручную по лекалу. Сначала прошелся грубо по контуру, потом точнее и в конце ослабил резцедержку и вращая ее вокруг оси плавно прошел по контуру.
