Oven chicken fillet cooks quickly with this simple and delicious recipe. It turns out juicy, tender, aromatic and very tasty chicken fillet (chicken breast or thigh). Can be served with rice, potatoes, pasta, bulgur, buckwheat and salad. Any side dish will do.

Recipe:
Chicken fillet (breast) -2 pcs
Eggs-2 pieces
Hard cheese-70 g
Sour cream-7 tbsp
Lemon pepper - 0.5 tsp
Dry Italian herbs - 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper - pinch
Salt - to taste
Dry ground garlic-0.5 tsp (or a fresh tooth)
Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons
Tomato-1-2 pieces
Greens - a couple of twigs
Bake in the oven at 200'C for 25 minutes, covered with foil + 10 minutes without foil.
