Putin blames the decadent West and is denying the Ukrainians their wright to exist. Hitler had all his political opponents either murdered or sent to jail. Putin has done the same. The children on the video are seen parading in military looking uniforms and I know they are also taught to use rifles, a form of brainwashing the same as the Nazis did with the Hitler Youth
