So there's several possibilities of varying degrees of low plausibility. Jumping between multiverses which might have varying initial conditions/physics is existentially risky. Jumping between parallel universes/timelines wouldn't help because they are all ticking toward the end at the same rate. You could prolong the inevitable? Possibly indefinitely? If we figure out how to put ourselves into a simulated universe, particularly if powered by-and time dilated by-a black hole accretion disc, then you could do the same in each daughter universe. Like in Inception, each layer deep would tick slower than above. This could happen infinite times deep. It also gives time to figure out an alternative???
