I had a idea for career mode that you had a bar and the bar goes up and down during you manager career. Say you lose lots of matches the bar will go down and if you win a lot if goes up. Furthermore if you spend say £40m on a youngster the bar could maybe go down but if the player you buy does externally well the bar will then go up. Lastly if you sell your star man let's say you sell alexis Sanchez on arsenal the bar could go down. Once the bar is really low the commentators start to talk about you maybe getting sacked etc. until it's empty and you get sacked.

I'm pretty sure that type of bar is implied that if you lose you get sacked. It's more realistic. Also, the star player would not be Sanchez because he is shitter than a table at football, I would rather have a table.
