Ізноў пра жанры.
Відос нецікавы кінематаграфічна, але цікавы тым, што адбываецца з мелодыяй, пазычанай жыдамі ў малдаван і зацягнутай на беларускі танцпол.
Дзевушкі граюць Moldavian hora альбо Hora bojaresca альбо Slow hora. нічога жанравага ў слове няма, гэта тып пабудовы танца. "Хора" у малдаван значыць "колавы". Усё. Можа быць хуткі, можа быць як вось гэты.
Жок таксама можа быць хорай, а можа быць батутай, сырбай ці нечым яшчэ. а хора гэта палюбому жок, таму што "жок" гэта стан і працэс агульнага танцавання тут і зараз.
Тое, што агулам на танцполе - жок. Тое, што танцуюць у ланцужку - хора. Тое, што спрабуюць танцаваць парачкі пад гэтую хору... ну, удачы вам 😄
А для музыкаў тут как раз і пачынаецца пра жанры. Значыць, вы адчулі soul of this dance і навучыліся перадаваць гэта праз акампанемент, фразіроўку і вядзенне мелодыі.

Again about genres.
The video is not interesting in terms of cinematography, but is interesting because of what happens to the melody borrowed by the Jews from the Moldavians and dragged onto the Belarusian dance floor.
The girls play the Moldavian hora, or Hora bojaresca, or Slow hora. There is no genre designation in this word, as this is a type of composition of the dance. "Hora" means "round" (dance) in Moldavian. That’s it. It can be fast, or it can be like this one.
A zhok can also be a hora, or it can be a batuta, a syrba, or something else. A hora is a zhok anyway, because "zhok" is the state and process of general dancing here and now.
A zhok is what is happening on the dance floor in general. A hora is what is danced in a chain. What couples are trying to dance to this hora... well, good luck to you.
And for musicians, this is where the genres talk begins. If you see that the dancers' legs have a hard time coping with the "waltz" that they imagined (or that they really want to hear here) and don't get into the even one-two-three (as there are none there), you get an A. This means that you felt the soul of this dance and learned to convey it through accompaniment, phrasing and leading of the melody.
