I love how peremen can both speak on a political and personal level. I know it has been sort of significant in russian political culture, but it's also become my go-to song when I feel motivated to change my life.
Nothing in this world is permanent, save the process of change itself. One day, we shall yet see a brighter future for all of us. We want change, and we shall see it in our lifetimes.
I was listening to the original version of this song and then saw this and it made my day fr fr! Another amazing Ayden George Remix! Please add this to your next Spotify playlist!!
Something I discovered recently that would lend itself amazingly to Ayden George remixes: Siberian ethnic folk/pop music! Irena Duskalova’s music (Yukaghir) would fit this perfectly (I’d LOVE to see an Ayden George remix of Chakhadan) but also udmurt music like En Lyokiške and Ulapalla Nyl. Just some suggestions from some things I’ve discovered recently and definitely could use more love and attention!
Now this is the track for the Ultravisionary Federation of Soviet Socialist Republics (under Kardashev, I guess)! Actually made a Komi playthrough with Operation Thunderstorm mode onboard (Zhdanov-Kardashev path)... The results are ULTRAoptimistic for the world of TNO!
I know literally zero Russian but I’m going to guess totally based on vibes that you’re saying the quote that goes like, “Lenin lived, Lenin lives, Lenin will live forever”.

Socialism, in its most fundamental meaning, is the idea that man should help his fellow man, without necessarily expecting anything in return, because you see yourself in other men's situations and circumstances. Democracy, especially as it's practised in the west, is a farce, of course.
