Louvado seja Deus!!!
A truly remarkable and rare occurrence was captured on camera overseas as rainfall sent water gushing down a river for the first time in years. The river Zin, which drains into the Dead Sea, is about 75 miles long and runs through the Negev Desert, in southern Israel. While it's referred to as a river, usually only the dry bed of the Zin can be seen. Also called the Nahal Zin, the river rarely holds any water due to the arid desert conditions. But that changed last week, and the transformation was captured in a video uploaded to RU-vid on March 14. Heavy rainfall on mountains miles away caused water to run down and fill the riverbed. After years of viewing a dusty and dry creek, villagers gathered at the river's edge to see the water pour down.
I love watching this video. While most countries destroy or don't care about their environment, Israel creates an environment for Its people and nature that would fit the Garden of Eden. It's just like the Bible predicted.
Matheus Moreira What war? You mean against terrorists. No country wants terrorists on their border. There is no such thing as a Palestinian. The west bank belonged to Jordan. And Gaza belonged to Egypt before 1948. Why didn't they want a Pali. state then? Now that Israel created a land of milk and honey with the sweat of their brow and backs. Turning desert and swamp into a productive land, now the so called lazy Pali's want to steal it without working for. it. They could of done the same thing before Israel became a nation. But the lazie's were happy to keep it as a dessert and swamp land. Jordan has the biggest Pali population. Bigger the population of the ruling class of King Husain. Why don't they try to turn Jordan into Pali land? That's because they don't want Jews in the Middle East.
Matheus Moreira I'm a believer in a 2 state solution without blood shed. Both parties need to sit down with fair negotiations and not what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine these are the conditions the Pali's want This is what I hear in conservative and liberal news. Even Obama is getting sick of Abbas's one way demands. I'm sure they can come up with the solution for the settlements and land. I think that both leaders need to be voted out and bring in non stubborn leaders. Again, I don't believe in blood shed and I feel that by Hamas and Hezbollah shooting rockets into civilian population doesn't help the cause for peace. Israel has children to. I'm not a Jew, but I see what Israel contributes to the world while the Pali's like to keep their land undeveloped and complain about it. Where is all the Billions of dollars that they get from the US, Europe and the Oil rich countries? I guess it goes to corruption and not building new roads, Better hospitals, schools, Hotels on their beautiful beaches to attract tourism, etc.. The only new and impressive housing goes to the corrupt rich. They rather plant missals then food crops. I feel they want to take over a country that created it self into the land of milk and honey with sweat and blood without working for it. Like all Muslim nation they don't want Jews in the Middle East. They feel that all the Middle East belongs to Islam.
gods aren't real, jesus never existed, the bible was a politican book used to control peoplo .. educate yourself and grow up. You making a fool of yourself.
Andrew Mottershead I think Rob was speaking to Valley Stina and not to me. And Andrew you are wrong, there is one god! ME! Because i can tell where all this water is coming from. ;)

Wow. GREAT footage!!!! Of course, I was kind of waiting for everyone to be washed away. Glad that didn't happen but it sure speaks to the idiocy of people.
Senhor, o esplendor do nosso Deus.
Unfortunately this is very common phenomenon in desert lands. If we pay attention very dark precipitation of rain clouds in the mountains, water falls at high speed taking everything in its path because as the earth this very dry this for some time Water resistant. But within days or even hours to get everything back dry as before. It's something cyclical and not perennial unfortunately.

Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negev. Psalms 126:4 I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs. Isaiah 41:18
aquatictwist Yeah, it's another "miracle" in "the Holy land"...it's still a "flash flood". The bigger miracle is God's love and patience with us...no explaining that.
I mean, flash floods are normally caused by heavy rain fall or damaged damns, so I wouldn't call this a flash flood. Also, bringing religion into this conversation was irrelevant (no disrespect)
