• 300 gm Beef Mince (Qeema)
• 200 Chicken Mince (Qeema)
• 1 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
• 1 Tsp Red Chili (Mirch)
• ½ Tbsp coriander powder (dhania)
• 1 Tsp chicken powder
• 1 Tsp Salt
• ½ Tbsp chili flakes (Kutti lal mirch)
• 1 Tsp cumin seeds (Zeera)
• 1 Tsp black pepper (kali mirch)
• 1 Tbsp kachri powder/ meat tenderizer
• 1 big sized Fried Onion, Crushed
• 1 ½ Tbsp ginger/ garlic paste (Adrak/ lehsan)
• ½ cup yogurt
• ½ cup ghee
• 1 Tsp Kasuri Meethi
• 1 Boiled full Maghaz (Goat/ Sheep Brain)
• 3 Tbsp cheddar cheese
• ½ Tsp garam masala
• ½ Tsp spice powder (Jaifal, Jawitri & Sabz Elaichi)
