إن مشروع لم شمل الأسرة فكرة ممتازة لبدء صفحة جديدة للمضي قدمًا من أجل أمتنا التي تواجه الكثير من المشاكل. الجزائر (مثل العديد من البلدان في جميع أنحاء العالم) تشهد وابل من الظلم، وقد حان الوقت لحل هذه الاختلافات الهائلة في العديد من المجالات. أتمنى لكم كل التوفيق في المضي قدمًا بالأفكار الجديدة لبناء الأمة. إنه لمن من الواضح أن علي بلحاج ومحمد العربي زيتوت وآخرين يحذرون من هذا المشروع بناءًا على التجارِب التي أُتِهِمَ فيها بعض الأشخاص بتهم جنائية معينة بمجرد عودتهم إلى الجزائر وواجهوا كابوسًا تامًا... إلخ. أنا أحث وأطالب النظام بالوفاء بوعده بتحقيق مصالحة وطنية حقيقية تشمل المواطنين وفتح ملفات 25000 مختطفٍ (25 ألف مفقود) في التسعينيات ..... الخ. يجب أن يكون المرأ واقعياً ومنطقيًا حتى في أصعب الظروف. في العشرية السوداء ، في التسعينيات ، قُتِلَ 250 ألف جزائري ، واخْتُطِفَ وقُتِلَ 25 ألف أيضًا. في الوقت الحاضر، يريد الناس المضي قدمًا وإصلاح بعض المظالم في حقوق الأبرياء. إن الحياة قصيرة ولا يمكن التنبؤ بها وكل يوم نقضيه لن يعود أبدًا. يجب أن تأخذ المبادرة بعين الاعتبار الأشخاص داخل الجزائر وخارجها. كما يجب أن تركز على الأشخاص المفقودين ومَنْ قَتَلَ مَنْ ... إلخ. *American English: The family reunification project is an excellent idea to start a new page to go forward for our nation, which is facing tons of issues. Algeria (like too many countries worldwide) witnesses barrages of injustices, and it is time to solve such huge differences in many fields. I wish you all a very good luck to all the Algerians to go forward with new ideas to build the nation. Obviously, Ali Belhadj, Mohamed Larbi Zitout and others are warning against this project relying on experiences where some people were charged with some criminal charges once they returned to Algeria, and they faced a total nightmare....etc. I urge, and I demand the regime to keep its promise to implement a real national reconciliation, including the citizens and the opening the files of the 25 000 missing people in the 1990s.....etc!. One has to be realistic and logical even in the toughest conditions. In the black decade, in the nineties, 250 000 Algerians were killed, and 25 000 others were kidnapped and killed too. Nowadays, people want to go forward and to undo some injustices in the rights of the innocents. Life is short and unpredictable, and every day gone will never come back. The initiative should take in consideration people inside and outside Algeria. Also, it should focus on the missing people and who killed whom....etc* . En français : Le projet de réunification familiale est une excellente idée pour ouvrir une nouvelle page pour aller de l'avant pour notre nation qui fait face à des tonnes de problèmes. L'Algérie (comme trop de pays dans le monde) est témoin de barrages d'injustices, et il est temps de résoudre ces énormes différences dans de nombreux domaines. Je vous souhaite tous une très bonne chance pour aller de l'avant avec des nouvelles idées pour construire la nation. Évidemment, Ali Belhadj, Mohamed Larbi Zitout et d'autres mettent en garde contre ce projet en s'appuyant sur des expériences où certaines personnes ont été inculpées de certaines accusations criminelles une fois de retour en Algérie, et elles ont fait face à un cauchemar total... etc. J'exhorte, et j'exige du régime, qu'il tienne sa promesse de mettre en place une véritable réconciliation nationale, incluant les citoyens et l'ouverture des dossiers des 25 000 disparus dans les années 1990.....etc!. Il faut être réaliste et logique même dans les conditions les plus difficiles. Dans la décennie noire, dans les années 90, 250 000 Algériens ont été tués, et 25 000 autres ont été enlevés (kidnappés) et tués aussi. De nos jours, les gens veulent aller de l'avant et réparer certaines injustices dans les droits des innocents. La vie est courte et imprévisible et chaque jour passé ne reviendra jamais. L'initiative devrait prendre en considération les personnes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'Algérie. En outre, il devrait se concentrer sur les personnes disparues et qui a tué qui... etc.
