Thank you for this video and congratulations for the very good looking batbout! I enjoy making the regular ones, but now I really would like to try to make it gluten free for my celiac mother. Could you please help me with the ingredients in English? Even with Google Translator, it would be of a great help! 🙏🏼 THANKS!
Hello First of all thank you very much for your reaction. I appreciate it that you take the time to leave a message. The ingredients: - 2 glasses of a Shär B (I jused another flower mix in my video but this is only available kn Morocco. I don’t know where you are from. But Shär B is a good alternative.) - 2 spoons (soup) of corn semolina - 2 spoons (soup) of rice flour - 1 little spoon of yeast - 1 little spoon of salt - a dew drops of vinegar - 1 little spoon of psyllium powder - 1 spoon (soup) of chickpeas flower - 1 spoon (soup) of sugarfree yoghurt - lukewarm water to knead the dough I hope this is clear. If you still have any questions, you can contact me.
@@sansgluten2591 Thanks for the help! 😊 I'm from Italy. Shär is surely one of the main brands here, so I'll go for it. I can't wait to try them! My whishes for you for a bright day 🌞
@sansgluten2591 Try #1: not as good looking as yours yet, but already appreciated by everyone!
