Ingredients:
-A slice of toast add to it milk then set a side
-Half a kilo of minced meat🍖 20% fats
-1grated medium onion 🧅
- plack pepper & salt to taste
-about half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Any kind of cheese you like it I prefer mozzarella and Italian cheese 🧀
Add the slice of toast after drained of milk and add the grated of onion after drained of water , add the spices then mix them well then put it in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
Then shape it into fingers in this way
In a hot pan, add a spoonful of oil over high heat and add the kofta fingers We turn it constantly until it takes this color on each side, then we put the pan cover on it until it is completely cooked The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
