Ingredients for 2 / 3 persons:
- 1 large onion.
- 1 tablespoon flour.
- 3 pieces of dried limes.
- 100 grams of mint leaves.
- 100 grams of parsley.
- 1 celery (around 0.5 kg)
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Frying oil of your choice.
- 175 grams of fake soy chicken. You can choose either vegan or vegetarian, whichever you prefer.
