I strongly suggest to build Gems industry in Afghanistan, do not allow raw material outside the country make it cut and polish and than export to the rest of the world it will not only bring huge income as compare to selling it in rough farm bt it will create job market and will produce great skill workers as well, and in the beginning you need to hire great skill workers and latest technology to develop this sector.
