Ingredients:
about 250g of shrimp 🍤
-about 250g of calamari
" you can add any kind of seafood you like it😋"
The first step :
Put a little oil in a hot pot, then add the shrimp shells and heads, then add half a carrot, a small onion, and a tomato and stir for 3 - 4minutes ,then add a cup and half of water let them to boil for 15 minutes,then filter the soup from the peels .
The second step:
in a hot pan put butter🧈 then add a small grated onion, half a carrot, after about 3 minutes add 3 large garlic cloves cook until fragrant, then add the calamari stir with them about 3 minutes ,then add the shrimp 🍤 When shrimp turns orange color add 1 spoon of flour and stir with them about 1 minute,then add 1 cup of shrimp saup and 1/4 cup of cooking cream, then add salt to taste and 3/4 spoon of fish seasoning ,then add a spoon of dill "optional " Let them boil over the heat for about 4 minutes, then it is ready 😋😍❤
