I am Egyptian been living in Australia since 1969 and know many Lebanese friends. I love Lebanese food and sadly very few are willing to share their recipes 100 percent the way you do. I have mentioned in past comments that you should have your own TV Show and now I say you really should bring out a book with illustrations , I will be the first to buy it!

Hi Suha. I noticed you are using the middle easter pine nuts (long) instead of what is commonly available in the supermarkets (the ones from China - short). The long ones are not easy to get and are very expensive. Any suggestions?
If you live in United States, I buy some from Lebanese Roastery ( in Michigan), I think last time I paid $30 for 8 oz. Some websites also have it but its expensive.
تسلم الايادي. نحنا منعملها متلك تمامابس منحط اللوز ال silvered و الصنوبر مع الرز و اللحمة الناعمة و عل الوجه منحط حبات لوز كاملة محمصة و صنوبر فوق قطع الدجاج و منسميها منسف ع دجاج . احيانا منعملها نفس المبدا بس ع لحم خروف و اسمها رز ع خروف متل ماتفضلت او منسف رز ع لحم خروف و ممكن غنم
