Bacheir never took an action to kill ONE Palestinian soldier or leader, Yaser Arafat left Beirut alive, Khalil Al-Wazir (Abou Jihad) left Beirut alive, Salah Khalaf (Abou Eyad) left Beirut alive, Goerge Habash left Beirut alive, Naef Hawatmeh left Beirut alive , and Ahmad Jibreel left Beirut alive... Bacheir never thought to kill one of them, even when Israel assassinated Arafat's Security In-charge Abou Hassan Salameh (in January 1979) an hour before the assassination, Bachir Jemayel wanted to "warn" Salameh thru' one of his escorts named Jamil, to tell him that; your life in danger and Israel will kill you today by exploding your car... But it was too late..!!! For history, Bacheir took TWO actions in his life; 1st in 1978 to split the Christians by killing them in Ehden and Safra, and the 2nd in 1982 to be a president of Lebanon by driving an Israeli tank towards Baa'bda Palace.. Dear Fellows; let's stop using old catch-words and repeated slogans to bluff ourselves and deceit our history.. The fact; Bacheir was nothing but an easy "disposal" tool in the Jew's hands to destroy our modern Lebanon state at that time (back in the seventies), and leave it weakened and destroyed in the eighties with conflicts, clashes, collisions and till-date (13/07/2015) in disagreements, discrepancy and inconsistency in between Christians.
