Muhala Zayed /emirati crapes 🇦🇪✨: Ingredients: 4 eggs zafron powder 1/2 teaspoon Powder cardamom 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Powder milk 2 teaspoons All purpose flour 500g/2 cups water 1L/ 4 cups Directions: -mix all ingredients together -blend it well in blender -strain it with a fine strainer -let it rest for 30 minutes -using a none stick pan pour the liquid on the pan and pour out the remaining back to the mix -one the edges are toasted/golden brown take of the heat -sprinkle powder sugar on top and some ghee.
