مستند چالشی فراموش شده ها
مستند «فراموش شده‌ها»، برای اولین بار موضوع فیش‌های نجومی را از منظر اجتماعی، نگاه مردم و کارشناسان ریشه‌یابی می‌کند و کندوکاوی در این‌رابطه دارد.
وضعیت نابسامان اقتصادی، غالب جامعه را درگیر کرده است. در این بحبوحه، خبری منتشر می‌شود که تعدادی از مدیران و دولت‌مردان، حقوق‌های کلان و نجومی می‌گیرند اما ریشه این حقوق‌های نامتعارف کجاست؟
مستند فراموش شده‌ها درمورد نگاه مردم به اقتصاد کشور و مفاسد و نوع کار دولتی‌ها و درباره مدیران نجومی و حقوق های نجومی است در این مستند همچنین به ریشه‌یابی موضوع حقوق‌های نجومی از دیدگاه کارشناسان پرداخته می‌شود. حقوق نجومی و یا غیرمتعارف از مسائلی است که مردم و دنبال‌کنندگان مسائل سیاسی و اقتصادی روی آن حساس‌اند و اخبار آن را پیگیری و رصد می‌کنند.
عنوان حقوق نجومی به‌طور عمده از دهه ۱۳۹۰ رایج شده است. برداشتی که درباره آن وجود دارد، حقوق خارج از عرف جامعه است که بیشتر به مدیران پرداخت می‌شود. اولین بار خرداد ۱۳۹۵ بود که ماجرای حقوق‌های نجومی رسانه‌ای شد و حسابی جنجال به پا کرد.
آن روزها با انتشار فیش حقوقی مدیران بیمه مرکزی و ارقام سرسام‌آور مبالغ پرداختی، افکار عمومی و رسانه‌ای نسبت به حقوق و مزایای پرداختی در دستگاه‌های دولتی و یا عمومی غیردولتی (از قبیل شهرداری‌ها و …) حساس شد.
هنوز داستان حقوق‌های نجومی بیمه ایران داغ بود که انتشار فیش حقوقی صفدر حسینی وزیر اقتصاد دولت اصلاحات و مدیرعامل وقت صندوق توسعه ملی و علی صدقی مدیرعامل وقت بانک رفاه کارگران، همه را شوکه کرد. هر چند در آن ماجرا، این افراد از سمت‌های خود استعفا دادند، اما معلوم نشد با چه ساز و کاری این مبالغ به آنان پرداخت می‌شده و دقیقا چقدر از پرداختی‌های غیرمتعارف به بیت‌المال بازگشته؟
