The international freestyle and Greco Romes wrestling competitions of the Zagreb Open Cup and the first ranking of the World Wrestling Union in 2024 were held in Croatia from the 10th to the 15th of January, during which the Iranian national freestyle wrestling team took second place. رقابت‌های بین‌المللی کشتی آزاد و فرنگی جام اوپن زاگرب و نخستین رنکینگ اتحادیه جهانی کشتی در سال ۲۰۲۴ روزهای دهم تا پانزدهم ژانویه در کشور کرواسی برگزار شد که طی آن تیم ملی کشتی آزاد ایران به مقام دوم رسید. در کشتی فرنگی هم تیم ملی ایران با چهار کشتی گیر شرکت کرده بود که با یک طلا و یک نقره به کار خود پایان داد
