Since 1974, Usha Niak has dedicated her life to the teachings and practices of Brahma Kumaris. Through her own experiences with spiritual teachings and practical meditation, she has undergone a profound transformation which has led her to become a Rajyoga Meditation Teacher, Management Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Spiritual Counsellor, Author and T.V Personality.
