Zada sticky nahi hai. Khake dekhoge toh zada cheww hoga ye wala. Better boil it and strain the excess water. That will melt softly in your mouth. This will fill you gut very quickly coz it'll absorb water from inside your body.

For any Indian recipe one should never say that because things are made differently at different regions and if you are not aware of it then fine. Now you know. Your favourite dish is made with a different method at some other part of this diverse unique country. It should be a simple concept to understand and accept for an indian at least !!!!!
