I have been doing this exercise by past 7 weeks and this has given me a great result its really very helpful. . Before l was having very bulky and humpy back which would look odd but now by back has completely flattened 😄

I think she will be a very bad motivational speaker. She talks so much negatively about the body shapes and sizes. Don't know about her exercise, but a good health instructor will say us to live a healthy life,rather then just talking about how we all should be fit in a particular type of dress.

Mam ur exercises r really effective I have slim body but their was little fat on my back. When I watch ur video I start doing these exercises . You stated 4th reason as a stress. My question is not just to you but to everyone. How can you stop stressing? I mean those who are in class 9, 10, 11, 12 have so much pressure and stress. I know this sounds completely out of the topic but I have been trying to seek an answer for this. People just say "don't stress over it" I know it is easier said than done. I am in 12th and not a day has passed where I have stopped stressing.
