Hello Madam, just saw your anulom vilom video and was impressed with the detailed inputs that you have given. I'm suffering from COPD for about 10 years. Please specify the duration of the inhale and exhale cycle for anulom vilom. I was advised that you should be able to do 4 cycles in one minute. Is it true?

It happens when you are not able to sleep properly and you are doing yoga half heartedly. DO it with full dedication . You can take shower before doing yoga.

Thik hain mam main waisa hi karoonga jaisa aap ne kaha waise khali pet hi karta hoon ek baat aur puchni hain mujhe aap jab hum bhramri karte hain aur naak se saans lete hain aur naak se hi bahar chodte hain to kya mujhe saans bahar chhodte samy kano ke chhidr bhi kholne hain ya band rakhne hain

Mam when we inhale we have to stop breathing also for 5 to 10 seconds ya jitni der rok skte h saans ko ya nhi?and aftr that exhale..

Ankit ye depend karta hai ki aap kitne comfortable hai. Shuru mai 3 seconds tak rokiye fir 5 sec, aise karke aap dheere dheere apna samay badhaiye. Kumbhak bahot faydemand hota hai agar achhe se kiya jaye to.

Thanks for information mam, when i breathe my stomach goes inside is it ok? How many minutes can we do this yoga? Daily what all yoga can we do due to time restrictions?

when you breath in your stomach should come out. do 15 cycles in a day do pranyama daily with suryanamaskar

मी रोज प्रत्येकी पाच मिनीट बस्रीका वीस मिनीट आनूलोंम विलोंम, विस मिनीट कपाल भाती तसेच भ्रामरी व ऊदगीर करतो. तरी काही सुचना आसेल तर तसे सांगने.

Madam aapne bahut ache se explain kiya.. Now mera ek question hai ki mujhe morning me uth kr water pine ki habit hai then ek cup tea k sath 2-4 biscuits leta hu then fresh up hota hu... Then mujhe kitna time k baad yoga start krna chahiye??? Thanks you. Thank you

How to do anulom vilom if one of side of my nostril is always Off? Mostly right side of nostril...maximum time, and sometimes if its open than definitely left side is off, any suggestions?

Madame: I have been operated for harnia in June 2019. Now I started kapabhati in April 2020. And before some 15 days when I practice there is pain in operated side.I stopped and the pain relieved. May I continue now.
