For Bao Bun: (Prepares 8)
2 Cups Maida
2 tbsp Milk Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Salt to Taste
Warm Water
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
For Batter:
1-1/2 Cup Besan
2 tsp Rice Flour
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Salt To Taste
1 tbsp Hot Oil
For Vada:
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
8-10 Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
3 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
Salt to Taste
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander
1/2 Lemon Juice
For Serving:
Butter
Green Chutney
Garlic Chutney
Fried Green Chillies
